At Indelible Impressionz, we value our customers and are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. This Refund Policy outlines how we handle returns, refunds, and related issues.

30-Day Refund Policy  

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from receiving your item to request a return or refund. Please see our [Return and Exchange Policy] for further details.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return or refund:

- Items must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with original tags, and in their original packaging.

- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required for all returns and refunds.

Damages and Issues  

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@indelibleimpressionz.com. We will evaluate the issue and work to resolve it as quickly as possible, either by offering a replacement or a refund for the product (excluding shipping costs).

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned or refunded, including:

- Perishable Goods: Food, flowers, or plants.

- Custom Products: Special orders or personalized items.

- Personal Care Goods: Beauty products.

- Hazardous Materials: Items containing flammable liquids or gasses.

- Sale Items and Gift Cards: We cannot accept returns or provide refunds for sale items or gift cards.

Order Cancellation

All of our products are printed on demand, specifically for each customer at the time of order. Because of this, orders cannot be canceled or modified once they have been placed.

Refund Process

  1. Initiate a Return: To start a return, you can contact us at support@indelibleimpressionz.com or use the unique link provided in your tracking email. Click on "Report a Problem" and follow the instructions.
  2. Return Shipping: If your return qualifies, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
  3. Inspection and Refund: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
  4. Follow-Up: If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@indelibleimpressionz.com.

Exchanges

The quickest way to receive a desired item is to initiate a return for the original item and, once accepted, place a new order for the replacement.

Warranties

Our standard refund and replacement policy lasts 30 days from the date your tracking number shows your order was delivered. Unfortunately, if more than 30 days have gone by since your purchase was received, we cannot offer you a refund or replacement.
