Return Policy
At Indelible Impressionz, we prioritize customer satisfaction.
Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with the policy before placing an order.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as received—unworn or unused, with original tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required for all returns.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Certain types of items cannot be returned:
- Custom Products: Due to the personalized nature of our products (e.g., made-to-order, customized items), we cannot accept returns for incorrect sizes, colors, or changes of mind. Please double-check your order details before finalizing your purchase.
- Perishable Goods: Items such as food, flowers, or plants are non-returnable.
- Personal Care Goods: Beauty and personal care products cannot be returned for health and safety reasons.
- Hazardous Materials: We cannot accept returns for items that include flammable liquids or gases.
- Sale Items and Gift Cards: Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
ORDER CANCELLATION
All of our products are printed on demand, specifically for each customer at the time of order. As a result, orders cannot be canceled or modified once they are placed.
DAMAGED or DEFECTIVE ITEMS
We take great care in producing and shipping our products, but we understand that issues may arise. Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, contact us immediately at support@indelibleimpressionz.com within 30 days of delivery. Provide your order number and a clear photo of the issue. Upon verification, we will offer a free replacement or a refund for the product (excluding shipping costs).
RETURN PROCESS
- Initiate a Return: To start a return, contact us at support@indelibleimpressionz.com or use the unique link provided in your tracking email. Click on "Report a Problem" and follow the instructions. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
- Return Shipping: Once your return request is accepted, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items must be returned within the time frame specified in our communications.
EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you get what you need is to return the item you have (following the return process above) and make a separate purchase for the new item.
REFUNDS
Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@indelibleimpressionz.com.

NOTE
Please ensure that all order details, including size, color, and customization options, are correct before finalizing your purchase. We are unable to process returns or exchanges for errors not caused by our production process. This policy reflects our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
